Do the cold snowy days of winter have you feeling as crusty as the flowers in your garden?  Well my friend there is a cure.  The 2008 Portland Flower Show is the perfect way to regain a little summer.  This year's show will again be at the Portland Company Complex on 58 Fore Street.  There will be vendors displaying the latest in teak garden furniture.  That teak bench would be a great focal point for your garden.  The range of items includes rakes, hats, flower bulbs, herbs, pottery, gardening books, birdhouses and more than you care to read about. 

Sure, it's fun to buy stuff but why do you really go to a flower show?  Duh, the flowers.  The exhibitors are from all across the state and will make you dream about warming and brighter times.  Imagine your backyard littered in flowers, with a stone walkway and friends laughing and smiling.  That's why you go to a flower show to capture a dream for your garden.  The official site can be found here
